Since 2018, Jacob has co-organized WHOLE - United Queer Festival, a unique large scale event unlike no other, deeply rooted in the energy of Berlin's nightlife. What began as an intimate gathering of a few hundred has evolved into a massive celebration drawing nearly 10,000 queer people from across the globe. The festival fosters a space for evoked potentials, creating a temporary utopia.
His key contributions include curating the ambient stage and workshop program, which give space to the softer side of things. This year he helped facilitate the group behind WHOLE's new QBIPOC space, Trina, created a program to record the DJ sets across five stages, and oversaw a new merchandise program. He also manages the festival’s social media, producing a range of engaging content, from humorous videos to insightful interviews with community members.
Jacob was recently invited to Brussels by Listen Festival to speak on panel titled, "Navigating politics as a queer promoter. A Western European perspective." Featuring: Eloisa Blitzer (Maricas), Nola & Em (Fatsabbats) & Shay Malt (Adonis). Moderated by Baxter M. Halter.
